I'm Calvin Jude Stanley, an XR Designer and Motion Capture Technician shaping the future of Extended Reality Technology. Graduating with expertise in this field, I currently serve as a Research Assistant in the Resilient Visions Collaboratory Lab (RV CoLab) since August 2022.
In the digital realm, I wear many hats - from being an Environment Creator in Unreal Engine to a Marker and Markerless Motion Capture Technician, MetaHuman Creator, Disguise Programmer, and Operator. My passion lies in reality capture and photogrammetry, and I'm intrigued by the possibilities of XR Audio and Virtual Production.
In my journey, I've contributed to groundbreaking projects like the Mission Futures Project, showcased at the Arizona Science Center, and the Mesa Urban Planning Project, revolutionizing inclusive urban planning experienced by council members and the Mayor of Mesa.
My design philosophy revolves around creating impactful work for a cause.
My work aims to bridge gaps, promoting mutual understanding among diverse communities globally.
As a solo designer or team player, I thrive in collaboration, coordinating effectively, and learning from my peers. Always at the forefront of technological advancements, I keep my skills sharp through social media, conversations, and official forums in this ever-evolving field.
Fueling my creativity, you'll often find me at coffee shops, my comfort zone, or embarking on workations with a view, armed with a powerful laptop. Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in giving back to the community using my skill set.
Looking ahead, my goals include creating projects with global recognition and becoming a versatile generalist in the XR industry, all while maintaining expertise in a specific focus area. Let's connect and embark on a journey of innovation together!
